With experience studying, working and building relationships in both countries, we collaborate with people and organisations who share our belief that a stronger bridge between Chile and Australia can accelerate sustainable development, practical learning and positive community impact in Chile.
Francisca Amar
After building her career in Chile and later making Australia home, Francisca saw an opportunity to connect both worlds through practical, experience-based learning. Give Back Chile was created to bridge that gap—designing programs that turn sustainability ideas into action and help people bring useful skills, perspectives and connections back to their communities.
Today, Francisca leads the organisation’s vision, partnerships and program development.

Stephanie Carmody
Based in Chile, Stephanie plays a key role in shaping and delivering Give Back Chile's programs.
With a background in environmental education and community-based tourism, she leads our engagement in Chile, working closely with schools, universities, partners and participants. Passionate about experiential learning and local sustainable development, she helps build meaningful connections between Chile and Australia, ensuring every experience is practical, authentic and impactful.
